Safety

Safety is paramount to us here at Debra Clare, so although not required under law we have spent a lot of time and effort in making sure the Baby and All Bag passes the British Standard for Soft Carriers BS EN 13209-2:2005. Click on the image on the left to see our certificate.

General Safety

With all products involved with carrying common sense is required however here are some general safety guidlines

The carrier is for babies from 7 to 15 kg or approrimately 6 to 30 months. Your baby should be able to sit unaided in order to use this carrier.The carrier is designed for its convenience and it is recommended that is is only used for periods of an hour at one time.If you experience any adverse effect, such as back ache, discontinue use.

Warnings

Your balance maybe adversley affected by your movement and that of your child.Take care when bending or leaning forward.This carrier is not suitable for use during sporting activities.Do not leave your baby unattended with this bag.When using the hip support position keep your arm wrapped around your baby’s back at all times.Regularly check the condition of the strap, fittings and seams of this bag and carrier to ensure they are safe and secure.Please be aware of what you carry in the bag and the outside pockets as sharp objects, such as pens, may cause discomfort to your child.
